New exciting assignment - Mapping and needs analysis of micro and small enterprises in Lindesberg's rural areas! During three phases I will help the municipality to strengthen its Service Points in the municipality by:
Conduct a survey - i.e. what are the businesses and what do they look like? What sectors, turnover, location, etc.
Needs analysis - How do businesses view digitisation, where are they in their digitisation efforts and what support could take them forward?
Requirement specification - Can we strengthen Lindesberg's work with Service Points by creating a place where entrepreneurs gather - so, to meet the needs they have to move forward with their digitalisation, what does such a place need to look like and what support functions/actors need to find there?
Lots of new perspectives and knowledge to gain in rural areas, not only in Lindesberg but in Sweden I think! It will be fun to contribute in a work where you work on a very local level. What do you think it looks like for small and micro businesses in the rural areas where you live?
