It security checklist for small businesses

• Install and have updated virus protection and firewalls
• Identify what information is most critical and who has to it
• Use a two-factor authentication for important accounts.
• Have control over where you store your company data and backup regularly
• Check where your website is located, how any cloud services are managed, the provider's responsibility and whether it is subject to Swedish law
• Develop well-thought-out guidelines for safety work

• Make an assessment of whether your company can be considered to have a higher risk than in general
• Identify your routes from your company's systems (customers, suppliers, machines, partners and others
